Terms and conditions of service

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the rights, obligations, and other matters necessary for the use of BLANC N Hygiene home appliances provided by BLANC N labs (hereinafter referred to as "Company") by the "Customer" who has signed a contract with the company.

Article 2 (Except for Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in this agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations such as the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, the Telecommunication Business Act, the Act on the Promotion and Protection of Information and Communication Networks, and the detailed guidelines for the use of services set by the company.

Chapter 2 Use of Services


Article 3 (Subscription and Eligibility)
① Anyone who can use the service without a subscription is able to purchase BLANC N Hygiene home appliances and install an application for setting up home appliances.

Article 4 (Use of Services)
① "There are no restrictions on using the application.

Article 5 (Withdrawal of Service)
There is no subscription, so there is no withdrawal from the service.

Article 6 (Level of Service)
① In principle, the use of the service is open 24 hours a day throughout the year. However, the service may be suspended for business or technical reasons of the company, and the service may be suspended during the period specified by the company for operational purposes. In such cases, the company will notify you in advance or afterwards.

Article 7 (Restriction and suspension of service use)
The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate the Customer's use of the Service without prior notice if the Customer falls under any of the following:
1. Obstruction of service use
2. Where an act contrary to laws and regulations, public order, good manners, etc. is carried out by using a service;

Article 8 (Change and suspension of services)
① The Company may restrict, change or suspend all or part of the Services to the Customer in any of the following cases:
1. In case of unavoidable circumstances due to construction work, such as repair of service facilities;
2. In the event that normal service use is hindered due to power outage, disability of all facilities, or congestion of usage
3. Where the service cannot be maintained due to various circumstances of the company, such as termination of the contract with the service partner, or legal obstacles;
4. Where there are other reasons for force majeure, such as natural disasters or national emergencies;
② In the event of service interruption under paragraph (1), the company shall notify the Internet, etc. or notify the customer. However, if it is impossible to notify in advance due to the suspension of the service due to reasons beyond the company's control (the operator's intention, disk failure without negligence, system down, etc.), it will be notified afterwards.

Article 20 (Prohibition of Transfer)
The Customer or Company may not transfer, delegate, or provide collateral to a third party all or part of its status, rights, or obligations under these Terms and Conditions according to the Customer's use of the Services.

Article 21 (Compensation for Damages)
① If the company is harmed by the intention or negligence of the customer by violating the provisions of these terms and conditions, the customer who violates these terms and conditions shall compensate the company for all damages incurred.
② If the company receives a claim for damages or a lawsuit from a third party other than the customer due to an illegal act in using the service or a violation of these terms by the customer's intention or negligence, the customer shall compensate the company for the damages.
③ If the company violates the provisions of Articles 15 to 26 of the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information or damages the customer due to the service provided by the company, the company shall be liable for damages.

Article 22 (Disclaimer)
① If the company is unable to provide the service due to a natural disaster or equivalent force majeure, it will be exempted from responsibility for providing the service.
② The company is not responsible for any disruption in the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the customer.
③ The company shall not be responsible for the loss of the customer's expected profits through the service, nor shall it be responsible for any other damages caused by the data obtained through the service.
④ The final judgment of the service and information obtained using the service provided by the company shall be made by the customer himself, and the responsibility for the service shall be solely on the customer himself, and the company shall not be liable for any damages caused.
⑤ If the service cannot be started due to the company's business or technical difficulties, the company will notify the customer of the service on the Internet homepage or notify the customer by e-mail. However, if prior notice is impossible due to reasons beyond the company's control, it will be announced afterwards.

Article 23 (Resolution of Disputes and Jurisdiction Court)
① In the event of a dispute between the company and the customer regarding the use of the service, the company and the customer shall sincerely consult to resolve the dispute.
② If the dispute is not resolved in the consultation under paragraph (1), both parties may apply for dispute settlement to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee under Article 33 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.
